The St. Clairsville Stadium Improvement Committee has announced plans to make improvements to the existing facility at the former fairgrounds. The plans call for a synthetic turf field that will serve as a multi-purpose facility to meet the needs of the local community. In addition to the new field, an all-weather track, available for community use, will be installed and improvements made to the existing stadium. The committee has long term goals of adding to this facility in future years. If you or a son or daughter has participated in the Red Devil Track and Field program, you are aware of the deplorable
